From I-275 North or South: Take Rt. 32 West exit to the first stop light. Turn left at the light onto Old Route 74. Go 3/4 mile to the Mt Carmel Professional Center ( 473 Old St. Rt. 74 ) on the left. We are at the corner of Old Rt. 74 and Dameron Lane, just past LaRosa's restaurant. Suite #1

From Beechmont Avenue Area: Take Beechmont Avenue (Rt. 125) to Mt.Carmel-Tobasco Rd. Turn North on Mt. Carmel-Tobasco Rd. Go approximately 2.5 miles to Old Rt 74 (fourth light). Turn left on Old Rt. 74 and go approximately 1/2 mile to the Mt. Carmel Professional Center ( 473 Old St. Rt. 74 ) on the left. We are at the corner of Old Rt. 74 and Dameron Lane.
